This holiday season came and went like a tornado. It was wonderful, though. In all the commotion, I neglected to document some of the baking that went on in my kitchen. I know, I know, how could I forget?? Well, I’ll be getting back to some baking soon – have no fear – but, it won’t be quite like before. For health reasons, I’m cutting back on gluten filled products, but not cutting out. There will be a mix of regular baking (I got Sky High for Christmas and you just don’t know how awesome those cakes look!) as well as some new gluten-free recipes that will be a first time venture for me and I’m guessing some of you, too.
I’m looking forward to learning a more healthy way to continue with my love of baking as well as enjoying some pure indulgence along the way. I hope you’ll stick around to see how it goes. 🙂
